How It Started
Rain City Property Management was created in response to ongoing demand from clients. Through our work in commercial real estate, clients consistently asked for support beyond acquisition — reliable, accountable, and responsive property management that they could actually trust. Too often, they found that existing services lacked the consistency and personal attention they needed.
So we built RC-PM — a boutique firm designed to fill that gap. We offer a more structured, practical, and hands-on approach to managing commercial properties, one that puts owners first and delivers the level of service our clients had been looking for.
